How your information is handled

What is collected

Only what you choose to give: your name, work email, organization and role, the answers you give in the readiness check, details you share when booking a call, and anything you write in an email.

How it is used

• To reply to you, prepare your readiness report and get ready for a call you book.
• To send occasional follow-up emails about the 2026 transition. Every email has an easy way to opt out, and opting out is honoured right away.

Who it is shared with

Your information is never sold or rented. It is stored with the service providers used to run this business, such as the CRM, email, calendar and video-call tools, and only for the purposes above. With your consent, fit calls may be recorded and transcribed to prepare notes; you will be told before any recording starts.

How long it is kept

Only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what is held about you, by emailing the address above.
